For beginners do jumping jacks high knees butt kicks and jumprope do for 45 sec each and 15 second rest between each workout.Then when ur a little more advanced do planks burpees mountain climbers and bicycle. Do these 5 or 4 times a day

my ultimate problem = asthma

due to asthma pump containing steroids im getting fatty...

and due to asthma i cant do heavy exercises i ran outta breath..

Remember folks, it's mostly diet. Way easier to just not consume 100 calories than to try to burn it off.

How much does the plank running burn? I personally think it’s the hardest so if I only did that for 5 mins how much would I burn?

Yes I started doing this sunday but now is Friday and this exercise doing today so this is the first day of Cardio exercise let's meet on day 4😊😊
