I'm doing this workout for 2 months. As result I lose almost 9 kgs which is at begining my weight is 69, now I'm at 61 kgs with a proper cool down

Done workout 6days .. 1 days .i do 2 excersice ..morning n night .. i do this workout without any skip . 3days i lost 1kg . Now six days i lost 2kg .. weight before 58kg .
Now my weight 54kg on the way 53kg ..target 47 or 46kg . Wish me gud luck .❤

I started at 75 kg, it's been 1.5 months im doing this workout daily, and i lose 5 kg with intermittent fasting. Never been consistent with workout before, because of my knee and backpain. Because of doing this workout daily, im not only losing weight, i feel energetic, gain my confidence and my backpain is slowly dissapear too. Thank you, Emi!

Thanks Emi I started your workouts from 20th June, 2022 started with my weight 66kgs and now in 7th October 2022 it came down to 59kgs. I did your workout every 3-4times in a week .
Note : I am fighting with pcod so it was bit tough but yeah goal is :46kgs
Edit : now my weight is 57 kg 😀

Hello Emi, it has been a month since I started this workout. I started at 66kg. I didn't expect any weight lose, I just want to move my body more. But unexpectedly, it decrease my weight into 64.5kg. My body feels lighter than before and it feels so much good. I'll try to keep doing this workout, cause it's the only workout that makes me comfortable and enjoy every move. Today is 13rd December.

I do this exercise in the morning and do "30 min Full Body Fat burn HIIT (No Jumping)" in the afternoon. (I will not exercise when I have period days, I will do other exercises instead). My current weight is 54.94kilograms (~121lbs). I will update daily process and my weight after one month.

▪️Day 1 (14.12.2023): ✅ I woke up late today so I just did this exercise in the afternoon. Full of energy after I did it...
▪️Day 2 (15.12.2023): ✅️ I woke up early and had a warm lemonade mixed with honey, then I would have a celery smoothie combined with apples and cucumbers. I did 45mins Walking workout in the morning and 30mins full body workout in the afternoon. Normally meals.
▪Day 3 (16.12.2023): ✖️ (No workout today)
▪Day 4 (17.12.2023): ✖️ (No workout today) but I walked 10, 000 steps today.
▪Day 5 (18.12.2023): ✅️ I did this cardio 2 times and normally meals.
▪Day 6 (19.12.2023): ✖ (No workout today) but I walked 10, 000 steps today.
▪Day 7 (20.12.2023): ✅ I woke up early and had a warm lemonade mixed with honey, then I would have a celery smoothie combined with apples and cucumbers. I did this exercise 45mins in the afternoon. Normally meals.
▪Day 8 (21.12.2023): ✅ I did this cardio in the afternoon. Normally meals.
▪Day 9 (22.12.2023): ✅ (I think I'll mantain have a glass of smoothie per day. It has benifits such as removing toxins out of my body and replacing breakfat) Today I had a tomato + apple smoothie. I did 45mins walking workout combined with 30mins Full body Fat burn HIIT (No jumping). Normally meals.

Week 1 - only could do one 24 min workout
Weight: 66.4 kg ( 23rd Nov)

Week 2 - zero workouts
Weight: 65.3 kg ( 1st December)

Weeks 3 - one 35 min workout
Weight 66.5 kg (8th December)

Week 4 - zero workouts
Weight 65.9 Kg (15th December)

Monthly weight loss total = 1.1 Kg

Let me tell u what happened for me only with 7 days doing this in row, i lost all my belly fat, actuality a bit of my side belly fat and i feel smaller size on my thighs, this is amazinggg, i will continue doing this workout 💕💕💕
