No matter how hard you train, if your diet is poor you probably won't make any significant progress. You can't outtrain a bad diet and I can't emphasize this enough. If you struggle to create a good diet plan for yourself, there are many apps/sites that will do the job and are probably a lot cheaper than hiring a personal trainer. Next Level Diet is my top pick, but there are many more 😀Good luck guys!

I like your training, I would erase fat loss, the objective should be to move for fun, not for fat loss. It is a better long-term addiction than fat loss. thanks for your training gamified :)
