*Day 1* *6th January 2023*
I started doing this today. Took around 70 minutes to complete it 🫡
I'll keep updating here 😄

*Day 2* *10th January*
Completed in 40 minutes. Did some exercises for 30-35 seconds only but took no water breaks this time ✌️

*Day 3* *23 March*
Long gap due to the busy season in India..
57 minutes. Took small breaks in between but no water. Sweating madly 🥵

This is such a fun intense workout! I love that most of the moves require concentration on coordination, so I am focusing less on the time. Great focus on abs at the end too!

I've done a lot.... and I mean A LOT of YouTube HIIT workouts and this one is by far my favourite!! The 15 second break between each move is so key! I burnt way more than any other HIIT video... the workout is hard but with those 15 second breaks in between, it kind of tricks you into thinking it's not hard... if that makes any sense LOL! In love!

I did this workout for 4x per weeks and i did the Intermitent fasting too ..i lost 4kg for 2 weeks..this workout help me a lot thoo.

I'm an experienced weight lifter and have been going to the gym for years but been in a bad month motivation/schedule wise so on days where I genuinely can't get myself to the gym doing this really makes me feel right again as I still get to be active on a daily basis as I would be. Not very challenging for experienced levels but definitely more than enough to get your heart pumping and a good full body sweat going 💪 love the routine compared to many other (but would have loved more upper body engagement 😜)

this workout was mad intense I had to take much longer breaks but i still completed it...for sure gonna be doing this often you can deadass feel the it's so simple but it isn't for the weak 😩💯, great video

I managed to this for 25 minutes for the first time and then I give up. My legs are shaking. But I will definitely do this workout everyday.

i did this last year for about a month, no joke i went from around 115 ish to 102. sadly, i’ve gained back the weight but im starting this workout again! good luck!

i’ve completed this workout 3 times! the first time i took so many unscheduled breaks and i even took a longgg one i between rounds. my second time through i paused it minimal times but i skipped exercises i found challenging. this third time through i skipped none, had no extended breaks and i completed it till the end! i feel less sore and more able to do these exercises. 🥳

this workout is so good because i don't think it's that hard even though sometimes i just wanna give up and it's actually realizable considering im not a very fit person!
