Absolutely loved this workout! Just the right amount of intensity and just the right amount of sweat. The no repeats made the minutes go by so quickly. This will be my go to exercise now.

I've been doing these 30-minute low impact workouts at least twice a week, in rotation with yoga and other aerobics. They're great, just the right amount of full-body work for this 60-something heart attack survivor to stay fit and healthy.

first full week doing this 30 minute hiit exercise and i'm already seeing strength build for me! i can now do at least a few commando planks, bicycle crunches with my legs lifted, and can hold plank around 30 seconds before needing to release. my goal is to do all of these exercises without stopping. at the rate i'm going, i should be able to accomplish those goals after three more weeks of consistent training. thank you for posting these exercises, madfit! they're so, so helpful and empowering <3

third week update: i'm so strong!!! there are so many great changes to my body, including holding plank for 40 seconds before needing to release, accomplishing the lunge/squat combo smoothly, and more!!! i'm also noticing a slimming to my belly as well as not being so bloated anymore :') doing this set until the end of december and finding another hiit of madfit's to accomplish!! <3

Tried this today and I’m a sweaty mess! 🥵 But that’s how i like it! Felt the burn around the 10 minute mark. Thank you Maddie for giving us free at home workouts! I already lost 6lbs/3kgs in 2 weeks all thanks to you! I especially love your “No repeats, No jumping” videos. WE LOVE YOU MADDIE! 😍❤️

Love the no repeat mix of exercises. Loved the squat emphasis too. Really creeps up on you how hard you’re working (and sweating!) by about 20 minutes in. And those lunge squats right at the end 🥵Found my technique on the plank roll out to push up a bit clumsy but will probably get smoother next time with practice. Great Sunday afternoon workout ❤️

I just have to say. I started working out with you to begin with. I started going to other videos and regret it. You are the only one I feel explains what needs to without talking to much. Your exercises really work. Within the first three weeks of working out with you not only can I tell a difference in my endurance and body but I lost 6 pounds. That might not seem like a lot but when I have been trying to get below 140 for years and have been unable. When I got on the scale and saw 138 I was ecstatic! I have not been below 140 in 20 years or longer. Thank you so much for posting your videos and helping beginners that are not in thir 20s or 30s. I am sure they benefit everyone no matter where they are in their workouts. I will continue with your videos.
