omggg im doing this for ONE WEEK AND I SEE RESULTS
I started with 55kg and now im 52kg

Set 1/3 Full Body Cardio (6 minutes: 45 sec each exercise; 15sec rest in between)
1. Curtsy lunge jumps 0:07
2. Wide squat jump 1:07
3. Knee squat to calf raise 2:07
4. Reverse lunges (+optional jumps) 3:07
5. Fast feet, Touch Down and Jump 4:07
6. Half Wall Sit 5:07

Set 2/3 Abs (8 minutes: 45 seconds each exercise with 15 seconds rest in between)
1. Reverse Crunches with Leg Extensions 6:07
2. Full+ half roll up 7:07
3. Side plank with pumps (right) 8:07
4. Seesaw plank+ commandos 9:07
5. Side plank with pumps (left) 10:07
6. Plank jacks into mountain climbers 11:07
7. Hundreds 12:07
8. Russian twists 13:07

Set 3/3 Full Body Cardio (6 minutes: 45 seconds each exercise with 15 seconds rest in between)
1. Vertical cross jumps into lunge 14:07
2. Vertical crab walk 15:07
3. Curtsy lunge jumps 16:07
4. Jump In and Out Squats and Pop jump 17:07
5. Plank jacks to mountain climbers to shoulder taps 18:07
6. Burpeer 19:07

starting this because i've gained a few kgs over quarantine :>
Start: 56kg
Goal: 52kg - i probably wont lose that much in 2 weeks so i might continue for longer
Day 1: done - this is one of the hardest workouts i've ever done it'd better give me some results

im not seeing anyone actually put their results out there so imma do the workout every day and record my results every week for yall :)
im a 5’8 plus size girl
weight: 99.0kg
WHAT YOU HSVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR ! im a week in and half lost 1kg already. For those wondering, I have also been dieting by simply reducing my portion sizes.
wish me luck and like to remind me!

Haven’t given up yet! Week three down and I am weighing in at 97kg 💪💪💪

i drink a green smothie every day ( water, spinach and ice) this can help u too

Before measurements : Waist: 65cm
Hip: 82cm
Arm : 23cm
Day 1: ✅ (sweating a lot!! Wasn't sweating with Chloe ting workouts as much)
Day 2: ✅ (did it but forgot to edit)
Day 3: ✅✅✅ (done!)
Day 4: ✅✅ (phew this really works up a sweat! Burns lot of calories!!)
Day 5: Done but lasted till 18 mins...was tired from work
9 days left guys hoping to see changes!!
Day 6: needed a break 🙈
Day 7: done!! And I'm back!!!
Couldn't do it for 2 days cause I'm sick :( will try today

i love the feeling of being weak in the beginning and having a hard time doing certain exercises. then feeling stronger and feeling the movements get easier towards the end of a guide

Okay, I’ve been working out 5 days a week for almost 2 years now(lost 63lbs)and I didn’t realize how out of shape I was until I tried this. Just finished and this is a killer. I love the challenge so I’ll do it again on Wednesday. Thanks for sharing.

ive just done day one, i dont normally sweat but WOW OKAY, i am 60.1 kg now, ill update with my weight and measurements in a week, omg wish me luck

I can’t lie, I did give you the finger at the very end when you said burpees but I really enjoyed this. I love pushing my body. Going to combine this with another one of your videos and see how it goes.

Literally 2 minutes in and I pulled a muscle bad enough to knock me down and make me cry tears of sheer horror....that's what I get for not stretching. Will let my body heal and try again!

Cant do it right now but just watching the work out is making my eyes lose fat.
