I started this challenge to become stronger and disciplined.
I've broken the promises that i made to myself many times before. Fooling myself and giving absurd excuses that i regret afterwards.
This time it is different cuz i am determined to break this chain and change myself.

I feel like I deserve to be lazy all day after finishing this workout. 😂 It’s a great sequence, effective for healthy and body shaping! Emi I’m so proud for you for your growth. I do miss it when you use to do something funny during the long breaks though. Love to see your smile ❤😊

All right! No pain no gain! Doing this workout everyday from today!
Day 1 - 🟢 was so sweaty, a lotta panting & my legs started shaking! Was a very hard one!

Day 1...took a lot of break cause of stomachache...but i finished it ✅️
Day 2....i did it ..the dance was easy ... pilates is a bit tiring..✅
Day 3...not much break ..better than first day✅
Day 4..I can't feel my arms..but finished ✅
Day 5..my glutes and thighs..😭but finished..✅
Day 6 ...done✅
Day 7....done...✅
Day 8...i ate so much today..i binged actually..so unmotivated..but finished the workout ✅
Day 9... unmotivated..but got through it ✅

Day 1 ✅: I was happy she posted a new program. ❤️
Day 2 ✅: Wanted something difficult, so I did other workouts along with the k pop dance and pilates from day 2 schedule.
Day 3 ✅: Enjoyed it. 😊, Will keep sharing my progress in the comments.
Day 4: Couldn't make it, unexpected early meeting came up! Instead completed 10, 000 steps.
Day 5 ✅: Completed, it was a bit challenging.
Day 6 ✅: Good workout, I also did some pilates with this.
Skipped day 7
Day 8 ✅: it's a new workout for arms and upper body, I'm so excited for doing new workout by emi as she's so creative and gets something very good in every new workout, I really enjoyed day 8.
I have also started feeling a slight change in my body, it's mostly internal 😄 but I'm happy that I'm doing this series.

I finished this program in almost 3 months because of my busy schedule. I've lost 8kg by this time with well diet. It's a huge achievement for me who thought I can never lose weight. Thanks Emi for the for this workout program. I'll keep on doing your other programs as well. Consistency pays off 🖤

Hey guys!
So I've started this challenge and i wont stop doin it lol dw
Day1:didn't do the whole video honestly bc I danced on kpop songs and i did a leg workout and i did this for 15 couldn't do more
Day 2:done the kpop dance and the pilates she put in the schedule!the dance was fun and the pilates made me feel the burn in my abs !absolutely anything slow will work I've necver doubted it!
Day 3:this 30 min, done and tbh absolutely killin!but seeing emi keep doin it gave me encouragement so i didnt stop!it was worth it

I have been following emi since 2018, but doing this workout video is nothing like her previous videos where she used to motivate us through her words. Her motivation is one of the main reasons for following her but this video is just a workout video like other yt channels
