Ally, you probably already know this but I learned that simulating the trembling inhale like when you are crying in between sobs. It naturally releases a lot of nitric oxide. Relaxing you naturally as a reaction to the emotions. I think about that when you say take in two sips of air. And by the way thank you so much your presence on this earth brings moments of peace to so many people. You will never know. While you are sleeping your videos are helping to bring inner peace and calm to thousands.
