Many thanks for this offering. I particularly appreciate how you repeat some of the body part prompts throughout the body scan. ("The whole left arm .. the whole left arm .. the whole left arm .. ") I find that very helpful in focusing my attention and deepening my felt experience of the body part. 🤍
