I think I mentioned it before but in the last year I had a terrible accident where I lost nearly all my vision and I am now in constant pain. Your meditations really are a huge part of my recovery. Thank you Ally, I’ve been listening to your recordings daily now for a few weeks. I’ve been ill for months with a long list of issues including constant anxiety and panic attacks.
