Your generosity in posting all of these videos is extraordinary. Echoing so many others, you have really changed my life in so many ways with these practices. I have noticed that the shorter practices feel better for me in the morning....the longer ones, later in the day. I feel so relaxed after the longer ones, that it's difficult to get on with the work I need to do....but so wonderful for winding down my day. Thank you so very much.

I usually wake up early around 4am .. I love having a morning routine .. meditation, working out, walking, some light reading if I feel like it, and sometimes even a bit of dancing !

Namaste Ally. I have searched my local library for books about yoga nidra over the all of the many centuries. I love learning the history and ways ancient practices travel through time. Did not find any. Are these teachings through time handed down only by teachers like yourself, in yoga community?
I cant afford to take your course right now. That is my hope.
