I've actually done it ~200 times in the last 2 years and it's the best excercise sequence on YT. It's particularly great in terms of full body overview and releasing tensions, because it covers all muscle groups.

I wish you could see us struggling to get our phones at the right angle so that we can see what you’re doing and do it at the same time. And I say “we” cause I can’t possibly be the only one looking like a lunatic.
Otherwise great mobility routine! I’m on for los 10 dias.

I feel so mobile that it is almost possible to imagine that we're progressing toward a Utopian society. Great video, and even though I've watched it before, I don't skip the intro because I need Shona's reminder that our bodies will get better at whatever we do most.

I have done this 5 times in a row now and I can feel the difference ! Im a former swim diver so i have a lot of flexibility but aparently not that much mobility! This exersice targets the tightest spaces on my body! Thanks a lot for this I am so greatefull i have lernt something new about my body! 🙏💛💫

Just realised I have done this at least once or twice a week for a year! still the best all-round mobility routine I''ve found and as it's short I am more likely to do it than a longer programme

This made me feel conscious about my body, in a good way! Would you recommend doing this before a warm up for a workout? (a warm up for a warm up if you will)?

I’ve done this every morning for the last 10 days and I love it!! I’m currently training for my first half marathon and my joints often feel quite tight and achy and this has helped me loosen up so much. Thanks for this amazing video!!

This is perfect! I never had someone explain mobility vs flexibility before. I have hyperflexible joints which makes me very prone to subluxations qnd dislocations so when you said where there's flexibility there's instability i totally felt that! I hope by following your mobility routines i can stengthen my joints to avoid further dislocations ❤️

Struggled a bit with grabbing my ankle for a deep stretch, knees weren’t having it but it’s only Day oneee soooo I think my knees won’t be so weirded out by Day 10 lol. Thank you for putting this video together for us — especially for dancers trying to get back into motion.
