This 10min follow along beginner friendly stretching routine will help you get flexible and improve your mobility. Like the video but wish there were more for neck and shoulders along with it. I like dynamic stretches for before a workout but need one with true full body, including neck and shoulders

Fantastic program for increasing flexibility. Really appreciate all the content you’re putting out. Since you asked for thoughts on other videos, here are a few: (1) how to think about putting together an overall program using your video content (e.g., how many days a week, how you might suggest mixing and matching); (2) extended workouts (say 30 or 40 minutes); (3) more follow alongs with different exercises so that you can switch them up (e.g., another 10 minute ab or 20 minute kettlebell but with different content to keep it fresh); (4) thoughts on nutrition. Frankly, everything you’re putting out is pure gold.

I really like your 10 mins stretching and 30 mins dumbell workout videos, I created a 6-days a week workout plan, each plan contains 30 mins strength video, a 10 mins core video and a 10 mins stretching video. Now I also do a 10 mins stretching everying morning.

I was looking for a good video I could use to stretch while taking aa break from work and I found this one it looks nice, and it feels easy to follow also its ten minutes perfect if I want to take a break from slouching on my desk.
