Love it! Just a little too fast for me.. to breath and focus and move, but fortunatly Youtube can slow down a little ahahah 0.75 speed is perfect for me!!

Can't get enough of this video =) I often add to it because I'm so jazzed, and soon enough my mobility routine is a full practice prior to my "actual" practice =) followed up by 5ish + minutes of pranayama. Thanks so much, Tim!

I've constantly jumped from one yoga program & yoga yt instructor to another after a few days of tying theirs, and no one has ever entrapped me other than Tim. I thought he'd be like others, but the moment I started the 2022 30 day yoga program, I fell in love with your work, wit, and comforting presence, and I've grew fond of yoga even more.

A minute or two of breath meditation or Shavasana with the sound of ocean waves crashing on the beach in the background instead of the immediate crash! boom! bam! sounds of an ad would be nice.
