My body actually feels good and relieved after stretching. It works for me and I think it one of the good indoor exercises because it helps to keep mind and body together.

Your workouts and stretches are the only ones I've ever been able to feel are the correct Beginner level for someone starting their journey. Thank you very much for this. I'm 35, but down with severe arthritis involving multiple joints. I can't get out of bed in the morning due to the rigidity and stiffness of my back. This stretching helped me to get a big relief. Plus, it improves my mood very much ❤

Beautiful Schellea! I did this after some body weight resistance exercises, squats and lunges, and your full body stretch was perfect :)

Doing stretching before excercise is the most important thing. These stretches are really comfortable and nicely pumping blood before workout. Highly recommend 💯
