I'm going to bump up to this one once my body gets used to the first one. Been doing the original 10 minute routine every day and 18 hour fasts and I feel like a brick house again after less than one week. Feels great waking up muscles my body forgot it had. Even got rid of 5 pounds of bloat in the first few days. Haven't been in fighting shape since high school.

The jumping jacks were the most excruciating for me lol. 10 minutes of an awesome sweat tho! Short, so able to push through hard. The plank after the flutter kicks bahah. my goodness. good stuff!

Hey man, I’m 14 and I’m very lanky, I only weigh 127 pounds at the time and I’m trying to gain some weight so I can do these exercises and become fit. My neighbor suggested you and I don’t regret looking you up! I’ll keep improving. I just want to say thanks for giving me the opportunity to change my life for the better.
