i just angrily did this exercises to feel better and it helped so much. i have very bad mental illness and cried 20 min before doing this and i feel so much better. thank you so much for this seriously keep doing your thing

I’m on my period. My energy is low. I’ve got a lot on my mind. I don’t feel like working out. When I started this video I was relieved to see that the moves were doable for me and kept going until I started to feel out of breath and wanted to give up. When I started trying to exit the video I saw that I had only a few seconds left before the end of the video and that gave me the final burst I needed to finish. Thank you for this, now I feel like I’ve gotten my workout for the day in. God bless you!

I’m over 300 lbs and I just did this and it was so challenging but imma stick to it. There was a few that were hard for me to do but I know over time it would hopefully get easier

I am currently 17 years old and struggle from juvenile arthritis, hypermobility, and chronic pain and most workouts do not do well for me and end up causing injury or such but I found this to be so useful and easy to do while still giving wonderful physical affect and work, so thank you!

Oh my, I'm totally out of shape, the worst I've been in my life. Once upon a time, I'd have done that workout without a sweat on... definitely a sweat on now! Nice short workout to get me back onto the journey of fitness. Loved the message at the end too...made me smile...I DID IT!!! ☺️

I have been trying to work out for years consistently and always failed because I set my expectations far too high. I have been doing your workouts consistently now for 9 days, every single morning, and then I shower and finish with a cold plunge. I feel amazing physically and mentally. Thanks for putting these 10 minute workouts together! It seems like we live in a world where we're told that you need to do at least 30 minutes of exercise a certain number of days in order to make a difference, and that number intimidates or discourages people from working out. By doing even 1 or 2 of these workouts every day I feel so much better!!

thank you so much for making this! I really dislike floor-based workouts, but these are genuinely fun! I'm so thankful to be able to say that after years of hating myself whenever exercising. I like that this style of video lets you put your own creative flair into it and enjoy the movements. It's also the perfect length to get me out of a slump! When I started the video I felt like quitting after two moves because I was thinking about my to-do list, but I ended up doing it twice and getting a full 20 minutes!
