First time doing this (skipped the jumping so I didn’t wake my family up I wake up early I used modified exercises) this kicked my butt. I will continue to use this in the future

Hello again I'm so glad split jumps is at the end as I tried to do them there I say my balance is not as good as it use to be..til next time I will have to find something that will replace spit jumps, thank Mazza!

This is the first morning exercise for the morning, wow, I didn't know how much sweat my body is producing, maybe I don't need a shower now 😂😂😂🙈 heart still racing, oh what have I let myself into when I said I will do. I will try and keep the morning up. Also to get some order in my life, thank you phew.. til next time....Mazza!

I'm doing workouts before school daily at morning but today is a vacation day since our exam is finished...I daily do half of this workout bcz it was less effective I today did this full and found my self sweaty.... Do this workout full this is really fun and effective ❤️👌🤤🌹
