If you only have time to work out in the evening but you want to lose weight and burn fat, no need to worry--this workout is perfect for you!

This is a 10-minute quick and easy fat-loss workout routine that will help you get in shape fast! It's perfect to be done in the evening preferably 2 hours before bedtime so you won;t disrupt your normal sleep pattern while you get some good calorie-burning before you sleep. All these exercises are simple and can be done right at home!

I haven't exercised in months. This was great to get my body reacquainted with movement without feeling like I need a breathing treatment or azma pump. There's nothing worse than being pressured to finish or feeling like a failure if I don't. I enjoyed the breaks, slow pace, & easy exercises that I could do right at home. Thanks!!!

I’m usually lifting weights in the gym, but was stressed by exams in december, and then visited my family at Christmas and NYE, and then I got sick - so haven’t been to the gym for a month or so. I’m still feeling sick, but I miss going to the gym and move my body. This was just perfect for my energylevel, so thank you for this quick workout!

The videos lasting for 10-15 mins are the best, does miracles!!

For doing longer videos, one has to be cautious about injures, if people already have issues .

I completed! It's my first day today, and im 12 yrs old and i think i weight 60 kilos now and im turning 13 at april :) i really want to lose weight so that i can wear a nice dress in my birthday with confidence. I'm gonna start doing this for a month and a half because that is the only time left till my bday. Wish me luck i hope this would help me lose fats in my thight arm shoulders and tummy. Ill update you guys soon after a week byeee:)))

I did this exercise like a month ago but. Now I’m back to myself since stress and being a lazy person not taking care of myself but now I have the chance to take care of myself this is really good to do 💜

Day 4 the difference in leg drops is monumental. On the first day I could not lift my legs even a bit I struggled doing it 12 times and my legs came crashing down, but today I am able to hold it! Thank you Roberta!
