Amazing! I really felt this workout the next day even though I am working out for 2 months already. However, I realized that you need to adjust your diet. Personally, I followed meal plan from Next Level Diet and after 6 weeks I lost a lot of body-fat, and I got six pack :D they also provide you with an home workout plan as a bonus, and even grocery lists...

No matter how many times I look at other trainers to incorporate their stuff into my workouts. I end up using literally 95% only your workouts. They really work better and are so focused.

LOVING the update, removing the breaks and adding the stretches puts even more magic into it :]

I got requests though: The next exercise should give a longer on screen heads up AND there needs to be a vocal cue for the next exercise, so those of us not facing the TV can follow along without having to do neck yoga :P

Lastly, DAMN boi looks like you kicked Covid's ass! Great job recovering, good luck and God bless for the next year! :D

Done that on day 10, but I will incorporate this little routine as an everyday morning warm-up or warm-up before my usual workouts.

Still can't say thanks enough for all these free workouts you share. They kept me going for a long time when I didn't have a gym to go to. Found a gym now and started training MMA but got rocked with injuries and life, so these are keeping my conditioning up since I can only do shorter intervals of certain things right now.

The silver lining when Covid started ... forced me to find an in-house training routine. Thank God I found Bully Juice. I tried a few others, but nobody is on target like the Bully! :)
