Love it guys
Old fashioned training like we used to do everyday in school, and we weee so fit and healthy and agile.
It is still doable, but definitely much more of a challenge at 60 years old.

I’ve been doing this work out for a few weeks now. I started out needing to pause during the mountain climbers, burpees, and plank exercises. Then I progressed to doing this workout twice in a row. Last week I did it twice with dumbbells the second time around. Today I did it with ankle weights as my warmup before strength training. This is an awesome workout to use as a benchmark for my fitness!

This is possibly the easiest 10 minute workout I have ever done. Definitely for beginners. More challenging ones out there. Nice editing and music. Well done guys.

I just crushed this workout and made it actually 60 minutes! I switched the rest times around on a slower temp during the exercise but longer rest and found it to work well!!!
