Get ready for one of the BEST Home Workouts of you could ever wake up to! A full body workout that you can do first thing in the morning before you even eat breakfast! You will not need any equipment or weights to accomplish this.

I personally use this workout to get my muscles warm and loose in the morning. I find that when you wake up early, and you are sore from a previous workout, this 10 minute full body workout will get you lose and ready to get your day started!

Right after doing this workout is perfect to STRETCH! Here's a couple of videos you might like to couple with this morning routine:

This workout will include the following exercises: Jumping jacks, body weight squats, calf raises, steam engines, push ups, you do get a rest break or two or three, toe touches, plank ups, planks, superman, pike pushup, bridges, bicycle crunches, side planks, and wide pushups!

Been doing this for a month, a few times a week. When I started, I kid you not, I couldn’t even do 3 push-ups 😆. I’m up to 20 now and can totally see results. I’ve also incorporated your other dumbbell routine right after.
HUGE thank you for posting these vids. They really are helping and it truly is like having my own personal trainer.

After not working out for 2 years I’ve been getting back into things the last 2 weeks. This is my progress checker video. The easier this routine gets the more I know I’m improving. First time I was able to do the whole thing with no extra breaks today!

This is awesome! So I decided to write everything out he’s doing for reference, so I don’t have to watch the video over and over again lol. Maybe you can find it useful as well!

Jumping jacks – 1 minute (0:30 – 1:30)
Bodyweight squats – 30 seconds (1:30 – 2:00)
Calf raises – 30 seconds (2:00 – 2:30)
Steam engines – 30 seconds (2:30 – 3:00)
Push-ups – 30 seconds (3:00 – 3:30)

Rest break – 30 seconds (3:30 – 4:00)

Toe touches – 30 seconds (4:00 – 4:30)
Plank ups – 30 seconds (4:30 – 5:00)
Regular plank – 30 seconds (5:00 – 5:30)
Supermans– 30 seconds (5:30 – 6:00)
Pike push-ups – 30 seconds (6:00 – 6:30)

Rest break – 30 seconds (6:30 – 7:00)

Bridges – 30 seconds (7:00 – 7:30)
Bicycle crunch – 30 seconds (7:30 – 8:00)
Side plank Left Arm – 30 seconds (8:00 – 8:30)
Side plank Right Arm – 30 seconds (8:30 – 9:00)
Wide push-ups – 30 seconds (9:00 – 9:30)
Jumping jacks – 1 minute (9:30 – 10:30)

I stumbled on this workout three weeks ago and it’s changed my life! I’ve already lost a shirt size through healthy eating but most importantly this workout every single morning! I battled an eating disorder and battled really bad weight gain, and was very depressed for a while but this video put me onto the right track and changed my life honestly. Thank you so much for your videos it’s been the best thing to happen to me!

I just wanted to say this video saved/helped me tremendously. I did this workout video every day for months it helped me lose close to 45lbs. I got better and better to the point now where I can do all the exercises properly with a high number of reps. I started boxing after I lost the 45lbs from this video and I lost more weight. I still put this video on and do it when I need a quick work out. This video saved my life man- I was 282lbs I’m not 199. I sweated out almost 50lbs from this 1 video alone. Thank you sir

BullyJuice! So glad I found you! I’m a 63 year old guy with no health issues, bad back, knees, etc. Not really in “bad” shape, but really wanted to improve my fitness level. You have been an awesome source of inspiration for me, as well as my 22 year old son. We have been working out to your videos for a month now. Great progress. Bro I've been doing this daily and honestly I cant get through most of the exercises without a break and I can only do a few pushups at a time but I am sticking with it and I am definitely sweating my ass off when I'm done. Thank you for the workout

My boyfriend found this wonderful workout during the first COVID lockdown and we did it every single morning and the results were incredible and I didn’t even realise it at the time! This does not deserve a thumbs down. Maybe people don't understand that some people only have 10 mins, want to do this quick workout when they wake up or people like me who are completely out of shape and need this to start. I need motivation and this 10 mins workout, motivates me to get started. For people like me, this is challenging, but motivating since it's not that long. 3 out of the group of the exercises, I can't do right. My goal is to repeat this 10 min workout 3 times and then move on to a more challenging one. Thank you so much for this and God bless!
