I do 4 or 5 of these instead of walking 3 miles in 98° heat with 60% humidity. These 5 minute workouts are great.

For this 80 year old body this set provides the all important balance, and limberness, agility, endurance and strength. Looking for something else I found this, glad I did. Kudos!

Thank you for this. I am 60 and ride the stat bike at low temp about three days a week, . Very active trying to wrangle my unruly back yard here in rural east Texas but on blistering hot days this will be. a great circuit to do when going outside for activity is off the table.

I am 68, male, mildly overweight, diabetic. I confess I struggled with breath and also with the compound movements on the first three days. Now I use it as a warm up before more resistance exercises. Thank you so much for help in starting.

Great exercise routine, and if you add dumbbells it makes it even better. Even light weights will really make a difference.
