I trained more than 3x a week for 97% of 2019! That means I managed to workout regularly during 49 out of the 52 weeks that 2019 had to offer.
That was only possible with my "No Equipment" workouts - otherwise I wouldn't have managed to be so consistent while traveling. When I'm home, I enjoy going to the gym & do some weight lifting as well :) but whenever I don't have time for that, I literally do sports with myself on YouTube. I usually combine several videos, to have a 45-60min workout.

This is a 10 minute Full Body Workout. I really ENJOY doing this one. I sometimes lose my balance when doing the "Sprinters" in the beginning - but that gets better over time!

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you're used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed :) If you need a break - take it! But make sure to join me again ♥︎

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing. 30s for each exercise.

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. If you want to challenge your muscles in another way: check out my 10min Ab Workout, 20min Booty Workout or the Cooldown Routine to end your workout!

For anyone who's new here and finding this really difficult and almost impossible to get through. I am here to tell you not to give up. It definitely gets easier and better, ive been following one of her programmes and this is my third week on it. I couldnt believe how i was able to go through with barely any breaks, , , so hang in there cause it gets easier and you get stronger.... DO NOT GIVE UP.

I JUST realised that I do all the exercises way too fast and that’s why I feel like running out of breath. Guys, we need to do these slowly and focus more on the form than reps. Who else agrees?🤔

AHHH my mom came in mid jogger on the first exercise and she goes " oh- your busy ill come back she came back in her workout clothes

recently i've been in probably one of the worst mental states of my life. I don't exercise and my body is probably the weakest it has ever been. I'm really trying to turn my life around now and I know that starts with exercising. I don't know if you are going to read this or even see this but i want to let you know that even though these workouts are a struggle for me, you inspired me to keep working. When i finally finished this workout and you did the little clap at the end, i started to cry. thank you

I consider myself in decent shape for someone who doesn't regularly work out, and wow by minute 4 I had to take like 10 minutes just to catch my breath

after doing pam's workouts for more than a year now on a regular basis, I'm quite proud to say that, finally, I could achieve this pretty easily :)
