This 10 min abs workout is the real deal. You'll work the lower and upper ab muscles, and get your obliques firing to frame in that six pack perfectly!

Add this quick ab workout to your morning or bedtime routine, mix it in at the beginning or end of your workout, or hit this up on your rest days to build a strong core.
Remember, to put your chiseled sixpack abs on display you'll need to focus on your nutrition, too. Abs are revealed when your body fat percentage is low enough (around 13-14% for guys and 16-18% for women) and the best way to get there is with a balanced diet that gets you into a caloric deficit. That doesn't mean you can't enjoy the foods that you want – I don't restrict my diet at all, including liquor. However, those indulgent foods need to be consumed in moderation and not every day. Hit that 80/20 balance with your nutrition and workout consistently and watch your body change!
