Ive been doing this workout for 2 weeks now and i can already see a difference. Im actually focused on using my muscles instead of trying to go quickly through each exercise

I really appreciated the music without words for this! I was less focused on what the songs were saying and more on my muscle control and connection.

This one was interesting! I didn’t feel the burn AT FIRST like most of your vids, but WOW by the end my abs were activated from top to bottom. Another amazing workout! Thank you!!
