Bre your core strength and stamina are on different level.
I do this core at least 2-3 a week for a few weeks now, and it's super hard every time that it make me cry.
I cant comprehend your power.

By far one of my toughest core workouts. I had to take rests in between as it's just too tough for me. This is even harder than your pulse core workouts. Have to master this. Thanks Bre 🙏

I do all kinds of 10-20 minute Ab workouts with no problem. 8 months later I still difficulty getting through Breath’s class. She’s a rock star! ❤

Got through this with zero breaks - super happy about this! I've really worked on my core strength over the last couple of years and the commitment clearly pays off. Not bad for a 51 year old! 💪

This is a killer core workout and I love it. I love how it challenges me. My challenge however which I've yet to achieve is to be able to do it all without setting my knees down once. Kudos to you Bre!
