I normally do Chris Heria and Athlen-X ab workouts and this is an awesome change. It really targets the abs and emphasizes the importance of slow, deliberate, focused movements, most importantly FORM to target the abs. I notice a lot of people who try and workout abs try to go fast and sacrifice form. Great job on this video. Love it and absolutely felt the abs burning 🔥

This was amazing! It was a nice mixture of challenge and ease. You're honestly the reason I have core strength and definition in my midsection. As a really petite girl, I've been trying to build muscles, and I finally found a series of ab workouts that I can handle. They're still challenging but realistic and doable. Thank you!!

Omg, LOVED this one! Such a good ab burn! I love how you know exactly when we need a "rest" (aka a sliightly easier exercise) and let us place our feet on the floor or rest our neck :D THANK YOU! My abs still hurt :D
