Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I found Lilly after doing random workouts on YouTube for a bit and she helped me lose so much weight and become so much more confident. People say I look different and I do, not that I was bad before. But I’ve been apart of her community for a year and she’s made me happy

yes this does work! I've complete for one week. you can deffo see those Abbs showing through, and get skinnier! NO diet needed, all I did was just this work out once a day. and I kind of stopped snacking in between meals, the only snack I had was an apple or any type of fruit. hope this helped. I will answer any questions

I've been doing your 5 minute workouts for the past 2 weeks (3-7 days/week) and I already see a difference. Today, I did one of your 5 minute videos this morning and this workout tonight. I'm trying to do 2 of your videos each day for the next week. I'm excited about the changes that are coming!

You have no idea how grateful I am with your videos! Im having the body of my dreams. I've been doing exercises my whole life, all differnt kind but nothing has ever given to me the strength, femenine energy and the body I've been looking for years. Its day one and my stomach is 32 cm!

Day 2:Yall i did the wrong workout 😭
But im on 31cm today woohoo🎉
Day 3:The burn was really there but still at 31cm
Day 4:The start was a breeze but in the end so fatigued but still at 31cm.Also combined it with another of home fitness challenge workout and now
