Picture this: we're at the Park Hyatt in Tokyo (any Lost In Translations fans out there!?!), it's 4am, and we're filming this killer ab workout before taking off to Kyoto. Then—disaster! At the train station, my phone vanishes, taking this video down with it. No backup, nada! I was crushed. 💔

But Tiff and I, the manifesting duo that we are, just knew that everything was going to work out for us. 🙌 Lo and behold, 3 days later, a miracle email arrives—my phone was found at another Tokyo station! We couldn't believe it! We made our way back to Tokyo a few days later and sure as shit there it was, safe and sound. Cue the happy tears! 😭

I began my weight loss journey almost 2 years ago and I lost a total of 32kg. I'm used to working out and after getting bored of following another fitness YouTuber's programs and videos as it became too monotonous and repetitive for me, I was afraid of not finding another fitness guru. I randomly discovered your channel 2 months ago and since, I can't get enough of it! I workout every day using your videos. Your channel is the best so far, I haven't find any other channel that pushes my limits like this one. Thank you so much for your amazing work, keep going!!! Thank you for a great ab workout. When time is short and you just want to get some workout time in, you are the "go to" person. I've only tried your ab workouts so far, but will slowly adding your other routines in as well. They are perfect for busy people with limited time. You are much appreciated.
