Welcome to this 20-minute full-body yoga flow for all levels to help improve your strength and flexibility. This class is perfect for people of all levels who want to open their bodies. We’ll begin with a brief meditation in child's pose, focused on the breath to help draw the awareness inward, followed by a twisting standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hip flexors to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, inner legs, and groin.

Hey Tim, do you have any tips and suggestions on balancing the pelvic floor muscles using your yoga techniques, mine get tight quite often and I have been going through your hip mobility program which is helping but would like something more targeted if you know what I mean.
