Your exercises are so effective. I am an obese women who was 98kgs, but my height is 5.1, that means I have to be somewhere around 55kgs. I have been trying to loose weight from almost one year but not able to work out due to knee pain. But ur exercises are in such a way that i don't get knee pains. It's been 18 days i am intermittent fasting 16:8. And following ur full body exercise and hip and belly fat exercise schedule from last five days. My weight is down to 92 now.

It's easy to doing for me at convenit because i was working science 1 year before just walk 1 and half hour also slight exrsise but wait is just reduce 15 kg 100 was now 84 but it's now stuck I am doing with ur 4 set daily it's amaising I have done 3 days challwnge but contuie
