- Pulsing Warrior Stance 20 seconds each leg x3 (do not bend lower back. Keep it and torso straight to feel deep stretch sensation
- One leg bridge 15x3 (aim to feel glute activation)
- Stomach Vacuum: 3 deep breaths, then exhale all air and hold (imagine trying to touch your belly button to you back). 10-15 seconds hold x10-15

If you have strong abs and low body fat but you can't still see a six pack and you don't understand why then this vid is for you. It was exactly my case and by stretching and strengthening my hip flexors my posture has improved a lot (swimming lessons helped a lot). Now I'll start following Igor's vacum excersise. Thanks man!

This is exactly what I need. My body fat is quite a bit lower than it was because I’ve been doing kickboxing, but my belly still protrudes because of the reasons you describe.

Thanks a lot for this video! Other guys talk 15 minutes for 1 strange exercise. You put 3 nice exercises with good explanation in one video and you don´t even need 5 minutes... Perfect! :D

This is the first video of you that I've watched and I have to say thanks a lot, because for years now I've had doubts about this part of my body and now I finally understand and know how to fix it. Protruding belly can be confusing as hell if you're an otherwise fairly skinny guy, because it can't be fat right? Made even more confusing by the mention of the "skinnyfat" phenomenon being touted online. And not eating much and going to the toilet partly makes the problem go away. So it's not fat, it's a posture and muscle problem. For me it probably was caused by sitting too much. "Sitting is the new smoking" they sometimes say, and there is some truth to that in my opinion.

I quit working out many years ago but it looks like I'll be lifting again soon (home workout), so thanks for the no bullshit video man. I'll be watching you.

love it. I've been on a heck of a journey to reclaim my size when i was in my twenties. Almost there now. Now, im needing to find these little excersizes to finish the job. Thanks for posting it.

If you were curious, i spent most of my young life in the gym, playing football, etc. In my early 30s i went overseas to "make a difference" i thought. Went to teach in poor areas to help alleviate poverty through education. Was what i told myself at the time lol

After a decade of living in the thrid world took its toll on my body. I became an acloholic, and ate nothing like i would when in the gym. Never worked out much. I did stay into hiking and camping. But too far in between for time to do them.

Anyways, i ended up in a hospital in America at 300 lbs, type 2 diabetic and told i didnt have much life in me.

Took that personally and went home to start juicing veggies and intermittent fasting and im now 202 pounds, no long type 2 diabetic, doctor verified. And im ready for these type of movements now.

Thank you for this. I grew up severely underweight, so I had no idea I had this problem until I started to finally reach a normal weight and had a belly instantly.

Much more concise than other videos I watched so far. And the vacuum exercise is something that makes total sense, but I havent seen elsewhere.
As I rarely walk and ride my mountainbike a lot I have really tight hip flexors, which became even worse after I stopped working on the construction side and started studying. I will try these three fixes and report back in a few weeks.

First he describes exactly what I have and how it’s influencing the pelvic area, etc. and I’m like wait wut, you got my attention… then the very first stretching exercise fixed 80% of my problems and I’ll keep it up with the rest as well…

Sir youve been a great motivation to me
Im just 15 years old and I am always being taunted for having a big belly hanging out. When i was 14 i started watching your workout videos as i really wanted to give their mouth a hold. I also grew really fat in lockdown. And now i have a good muscle control of my stomach, my double chin faded, capped shoulders, improper 2 packs and 12 kg weight loss (initially 88.40 now 76.2 kgs). Im still working on my physique and tryna get better. I still get bullied for my stomach because of the scibbiri dom dom meme but i feel proud becuz ive overcome my past. Thanks to you sir, i have outworked my worst genetics and got a better physique.

This can also just be a matter of having food in your stomach. I remember seeing a female IG model who only smokes cigs posting about how much better her stomach looks after she wakes up vs after eating.

And if I eat food that sits in my stomach or retains water (like bread or pasta) my stomach can look bigger for days.

More people need to know about this. Pelvic tilt is quite literally rampant with every single gym bro that use up most of their time on the squat rack...

Your pelvis has a 'lower side' and is generally overlooked.
Stand tall in front of the mirror, feet together, arms outstretched, raise a knee, foot down, raise the other knee, repeat but slower and slower, lots of joints at work, not just the knee.
Works best naked, sometimes eyes open, sometimes closed.
