Hi. Knew about these exercises since childhood. Started this exercises, every day for the past 7 weeks. Plus some for upper body. Work out for 35 min. Lost 10 lb, became slimmer and stronger. I eat lots of veggies; carrots and apples are the best.

In six months time I went from 208 pounds to 168 pounds by waking/jogging six miles everyday threwout the day. The only diet change I made was I started eating smaller portions of food and sweets. I just started adding in leg raises a few weeks ago because I wanted to see if it helps me burn more fat. I'm fourty seven years old and I was not expecting such good results just by waking/jogging, but I'm fourty pounds lighter.

Intermittent fasting of at least 18 hours between last meal and first is the fastest way to lose belly fat AND LOOSE SKIN. I went from 320 lbs to 196 lbs at 6’2” tall. Plant based protein and healthy plant based foods like nuts ( not peanuts), avocado, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, etc.
