Had high cholesterol, hormonal belly, started keto style diet with 18:6 fasting three months ago. No junk foods, no starches, no sugar, low carbs, water with lemon an apple sider vinegar morning and evening. Feel amazing and down from 87 to 79kg in 3 months 😊

This came at the right time.. I’ve convinced myself that I’m fine the way I am because it’s “just a little fat”, but it’s affecting my confidence and something has got to give! I am starting now.

I’m really struggling with hormonal belly super bad!!! I struggle with PCOS. I went from 180 to 300 pounds QUICK. I’m down to 269, the hardest place I can’t lose weight in is my belly.

This lady makes sense and gets to the point rather than waffling about her day, the coffee etc…

I’ve been doing 16:8, 18:6, and now 20:4 intermittent fasting for 23 days. I’m 52 years old and 5’6”.
I’ve gone from 141 to 130.5 in 23 days 😊.
I eat very clean and healthy as always. Just much left often. Non-starchy veg, healthy fats (avocado and nuts), and lean protein and 3 cups of decaf coffee with stevia, no creamer. BMI 22. Zero processed foods.

I am perimenopausal and I had the belly fat (huge, totally lost my waist), my hair started to fall out, nails were brittle (always had strong nails), cried a lot etc, etc. I went to the doctor and had tests and to my shock I was low in vitamin D, it has similar symptoms to lots of other things. I now have a high dose of it (over 800mg daily). I have also changed my diet after learning that it is a different type of fat around the belly, so I have fish 3 times a week, chicken, avocados, broccoli and all that good stuff. I still have a naughty day at the weekend and I have cranked up on weight training 4 times a week with cardio on other days each session no longer than 30 mins. I now have a waist cutting in, my top section looks ‘fit’ (someone told me that last week) and I feel loads better. For my mental health, I was told about Maca, because I did not want HRT and I feel so much better, but it has taken around 4 to 5 months to feel this way and I still have a way to go but I thought my old self was fully gone, but now I at least am starting to see her again and she is smiling not crying. Good luck ladies, please don’t give up on yourself ❤

Finally! Someone who actually understands the female body, especially after age 40. You didn’t even mention that, but after 20 years of living in a chronic calorie deficit by like 500 to 1000 cal per day, (very rarely going over it 1500 calories per day), I have become quite nutritionally deficient. I’ve also become extremely hormonal imbalanced (had a hysterectomy and thyroid removed also ) and gained 20 pounds while hard-core intermittent fasting. Extremely frustrating!! Besides my endocrinologist, you are the only one who has actually addressed this issue at length. I’m buying your book! Thank you for all the info!! 💞

The first thing I did was consult with my physician, had blood tests to find out what my body was missing and got hormone replacement pellets. That made loosing weight much easier.

Thank you for this info, I use to be morbidly obese and have lost 55kg + muscle gain, I knew my trouble areas would be my lower body, after many years of trying to healthily lose the weight I am down to my last 10-15kg and it's mostly my lower abdomen/hormonal belly fat area, this area has been the slowest to change and the main area I still have excess fat, I have just turned 30 (female) and have a goal to spend the next 1-3 years solidly working on reaching that final goal and getting to my peak fitness and health, I was obese at age 8 and by age 10 I was morbidly obese, so being overweight is all I have ever known, my body type is roughly 75% endomorphic and 25% mesomorphic and learning about this helped me profoundly with understanding how my body stores/burns fat and energy, upon discovering this video it's taught my what and why I had this issue with my lower belly, I will take this info on board so thank you!❤

I just did your 10 min Pilates! ❤ I used to swear by these and my neck got messed up doing them, because I didn’t realize warmups are important for Pilates! but I love your beginners. I just skipped 2 that’s didn’t sit well with me. But the video was well worth it. Small movements make a huge difference in toning down! I still like Yoga but that is more for grounding your energy and it can’t be rushed in 15 minutes. Pilates makes you strong and slim without breaking a sweat. I do enjoy going to the gym once a week but not everyday. I have too much to do and too many distractions Thank you so much for the motivation ❤ ladies throwaway the spanx and just stretch for 10 minutes.

You are refreshing to watch and listen about proper nutrition. I can't lose a pound really since Jan. This is the healtiest I've ever been as well. But would love see more of you and see if I can get a routine going

you addressed my issues for the first time in my whole life, thank you. Going to find your book & reset. I am 47 & have had PCOS, hypothyroidism, pituitary tumor, insulin resistance my whole life & recently learned of the endomorph information, makes sense because I do not eat much. It will be great to get some help that actually takes everything into account!

I'm 38 I've had irregular cycles since I started at 14. I've been prescribed BC since about 19/20 yrs old, I've also had this stressed/hormonal belly for about the same amount of time. I was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure in 2014. I will definitely be purchasing your book‼️

I cut out alcohol, gluten, dairy, sugar, and vinegar for 30 days, and lost 6 lbs eating whatever I wanted.
Another 30 days later and I’m down another 4-5 lbs.. I’ve reintroduced VERY SMALL amounts of dairy, sugar and alcohol (for special occasions), and will keep gluten cut out forever.
I feel infinitely better.. my digestion has improved, my energy is better, etc.

As someone that struggled to lose weight eating 1400 cals/day, is it incredible. I have NEVER been able to eat what I want (including potato chips), and lose weight. I really don’t see myself going back to eating the way I used to!

I'm really glad I found this video AND that you offer a plant-based version. I'm so tired of people wanting to push animal products onto me. Not having animal products have significantly improved my health and I'm not about to go back to eating them. I don't consider them food
