I've been doing this everyday for a week and here are some tips I thought would be helpful! :
-Remember to twist your body while doing bycicle crunch and Russian twist! Kinda obvious but if you don't, the exercice is useless.
-Try to go for max hold on plank. Then, increase the time by one or two seconds each day.
-Try to keep a pretty form while doing leg raise! These are killing me so I'm going slower but I focus on having the right angle.

U can’t target the belly fat bc our body loose fat from every part of the body so if u want to get rid off the belly u need to eat healthy and exercise generally ( exercises help loose weight and have a good strength and muscles depending on which exercise) hope that’s helpful
