Losing weight is all about calories. You have to be in a calorie deficit. Exercising is great for your health but if you want to lose weight, stay in a deficit.

I’m 63 and vegan for 8 years. I eat mainly a raw food diet of salad and fruit. But I just can’t get rid of my belly. I think it’s a menopause belly, if there is such a thing. Lol. I’m willing to give these exercises a try. Thank you for this video. ❤
