Day 1 : Doing it at night each 60 times😊 it's hurting, but ok
Kept liking the comment so i could be reminded.
Edit : guys it is very effective, I recommended you to do it .
Always remember, kuch paane ka liya kuch khona parta ha toh fitness ke liye thora pain bardasht karo .
Finally loosing 2 kgs by doing this along with 10k walking steps .

Don’t do this before bed. You’ll be weak and it’s bad for you. Instead, do it in the afternoon or morning. Still a great workout!

I’m doing full stomach! Keep liking this comment so I remember to keep my progress on here! I am doing 1 week of this exercise, but feel free to do more than one week, you would probably see more results!

Day 1:✅Really hurt, did it in the afternoon. Doing it 50 times, saw no results. But doing ok👍

Day 2:✅Didn’t hurt as much as day 1, did it in the afternoon. Starting to see little results, but now much. Doing ok👍

Day 3:❌I was traveling all day so couldn’t do the exercise:(

Day 4:✅ Barely even hurt!!! I’m really starting to see results too! I did 60 in the morning, and 50 at night. I did extra because I missed a day! So far so good! Doing great!👍

Day 5:✅ I’m seeing such good results and still have three days left! So far I definitely recommend this, and the best part is that I’m never sore the next day! I’ve been doing 50 a day. I feel great! Doing amazing!🎉

Day 6:✅I am seeing such good results!!! I almost have a flat stomach! It didn’t even hurt, I definitely recommend this workout so far, but I still have one day left!

Day 7:✅Today was my last day! It took lots of perseverance, and commenting about it helped me to remember to do the workout! I normally did it in the afternoon. Today I finished the full stomach exercise, and now I have a flat stomach!

In conclusion, I definitely recommend this exercise it’s great!🎉

Im gonna try this every day just for fun
Day1: complete it was kinda hard but I’m really like weak and droopy, for each one I did 3x 20
Day2: complete I’m sore but worked and pushed through had more energy and did 3x20 sets
Day 3: I went to the gym for fun and did the bicycle thing and arms
Day 4: rest day
Day5 : had no motivation 😭
Day 6: complete did it 3 sets of 20 again for each and did 45 Russian twists
Day 7:
Yall remind me please 🙏

day 1: 65kg (i’m trying this right now)

Day 1️⃣: 45Kg - Did 40 reps at 14:30 and then another 30 at 18:30 (It was painful on my stomach and had to take a 2 second break every 7 reps) ~ No difference yet
