Guys it Worked for me 😁
I see major difference on my belly.
I did 2 sets every morning for 3 weeks
Cut down my rice : ate oatmeal and barley
Green tea every day in the morning
Ginger, cinnamon tea before bed every day
Tips: u need to queeze and keep ur belly tight throughout the workout. ( very important)

Trust me guys do this exercise everyday for tow weeks you definitely see the result. I did everyday morning and after noon for a week and I was suprise with the result 🥰

I did this exercise for five days and and you know what Iam getting a perfect result its so helpful ❤️ I guess if I do it for two weeks my belly fat will be gone wish me luck guys 🙏🏻

I only do standing or seated ab work. Floor ab exercises always hurt my neck. I saw IMI (Imi's Bigan Yoga) had a new one: Lose 4'' in 10 Days". I laughed! Then I tried it. 6 days in, I'm 3.5 inches smaller in my waist. Her exercises have tightened my body, reduced my waistline, and flattened my abs so much!
