Ok… Who else watched almost the entire video all the way through before actually starting the workout? I KNOW I CAN’T BE THE ONLY ONE!! I wanted to see what I was in for plus I was lazy and trying to get motivated to ACTUALLY DO IT!! Started the first time in bed while seeing the video for the first time upon waking up. About 15 mins into the video I just joined in (In my pjs right from bed) Then started it over to complete it. Awesome workout! I love it because it is sustainable!! THANK YOU for this motivational video! It definitely got me moving! 🦋😇💖💕💕💕

I just completed the first week (I only skipped one day to rest because I was so sore 😅) and I can already see a massive difference on my tummy compared to how heavily bloated I was last week. I’m also vigorously dieting so that probably helps contributing to the transformation. I can’t wait to complete my 3 weeks and see what changes this workout will bring. Thank you for sharing this!

[update 1]: I’m a little over 2 weeks done and the exercises have gotten much less excruciating to complete (😅) and I am seeing a significant difference on my lower belly. I’ve had the "apron" hanging belly many mothers have and now my lower belly hangs WAY less than it did a few weeks ago. Success! Off to the third week of this workout 💪🏻

[update 2] 3 weeks completed and I can definitely see my lower belly hang has tensed up and lifted by approximately 3 inches. As someone who had quite a lot of hanging fupa, I still have a lot of work to do to tighten things up so I’m going to continue this workout for several more weeks along with dieting and see if I can get rid of this hanging belly once and for all! 💪🏻

I've been doing this workout since beginning of April. More than a month now. I did it 3-4 times a week. Today I weighed myself and I'm 4kg( ca.8lbs) down, plus my belly is a waaay smaller.
IT WORKS PEOPLE! You can do it!

Just came across the video and I’m already in love with it. The other videos of fixing mommy belly are complicated because the instructors distract the listeners with their POV. This video is more concise.

My waist become smaller ❤ this work out is so effective huhu. From 61kg - 56kg for almost 3 weeks with intermittent fasting. I'm so happy with the result 🎉🎉

Challenge accepted! For once I’m going to be consistent and see what gives. This mommy tummy needs to go!
▪️Day 1 - Done ✅
▪️Day 2 - Done ✅
▪️Day 3 - Done ✅ Literally took 3.5 hrs to get through this with my baby interrupting every 5 mins 😒
▪️Day 4 - Done ✅
▪️Day 5 - ❌ headache & tired

My 4th day and seriously.. with some light diet and this exercise.. strated showing the results.. u just need to keep the spirit high... All the best

Alhamdulilah 🤲❤️ I completed my first day of this workout. I will be trying this for the month of November 4-5 days a week at least along with my 30 minutes walking workout. I am at 67, 5kg my goal is 55kg. My baby is 14 months old so while his playing I try to workout and play with him. Keep up the good work moms 💪😘🤲😁🌸 peace and blessing be upon you all xx

On day 3 of doing this routine. I’m happy i found it. I feel the aches in the morning but i push through and sometimes do more than what the video is doing. We can do it!

I've been doing this routine for 2 weeks and I can see the difference. My paunchy tummy is getting smaller, my waist ramp is getting in good shape and my hip's dent is visibly lifted.
