These exercises really worked..been doing for 4 months and can see

Definitely one of the best workout I've tried after my second pregnancy my son now is 14 month C-sec I was not motivated. But now in three weeks I'm seeing a major difference thanks now cant wait to complete 3 month with this workout THANKS

I’ve been doing this work out for over two months now and it’s working so well! I’ve definitely seen a difference in my stomach! This along with diet changes is working! A pair of cargos I had before starting this wear too tight, but after 2 months of doing this and other work outs twice a day expect for Sunday has made it so they aren’t tight around my waist! Even a pair of shorts were way too tight before, couldn’t do the button up but now they fit completely comfortably!! Thank you for putting these videos out here!
