As a teacher, I made a promise to myself to practice better self-care. I have done one of your 10 minute stretching videos every morning since this school year began in September. #GOODMORNING "I am a magnet for miracles" is exactly what I need right now to heal my hearing loss. The MDs are telling me my only hope is a cochlear implant--a device that doesn't restore natural hearing rather let's you hear electronic sounds that your brain ultimately translates into speech. But I'm embarking on a 6-month journey to heal my own hearing. Please send healing energy to my inner ears, yogis!

After practicing yoga with you 4-5 times a week, my massage therapist said she didn't know what I was doing but I don't have any of my usual hot spots. She told me to keep it up! I of course, told her that I have been practicing yoga with Kassandra most mornings and forwarded your 30 Day Yoga Challenge to her. Feeling great and ready to take on the world!
