Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Starting 2 weeks Pilates Challenge:

Day 1 - All 4 workouts done, barely made it to last booty challenge ✅

Day 2- I feel the burn even in my muffin area, so that motivated me today. The last arm workout killed me, all 4 done ✅

Day 3- felt so sore in the morning, so did the workouts in the evening with less breaks in between, both done ✅

Oh my goodness the squat pulses I was I’ve been doing daily Pilates videos along with yoga and I’ll keep coming back to this video once a week and see my progress. 🎉

I started today oh my god it was so tiring in last my legs were feeling like jelly
But I'll keep updating whoever gonna just trust the process and you will get more you could have
DAY 1=✅(so tiring 😩)
DAY 2=✅(it feels good+ tiring)
DAY 3=✅(It gives a really good and nice burn to my abs)👍
DAY 4=✅(It was really tiring my arms were about to broke down 😩..) take some rest and then keep going 😊
DAY 5=✅
DAY 6=✅(it was a little hard today)
DAY 7=✅👍

Doing everyday till my birthday in one month!!

Day 1 OMG THE SQUATS I CANT FEEL MY LEGS IM DYING
Day 2 my legs and booty are sore but I'm not feeling anything in my stomach which is where I want the toning targeted 😢😢 I got through the squats with only two breaks
Day 3 today was a fail and I just felt depressed and my body image was out the window. I love being a teenage girl

Day 5 sick 😭
Day 6 sick 😭
Day 7 donee really felt the burn I'm a little worn out probably bc I wasn't feeling well
Day 8 done by calves hurt so bad today I can't walk without limping 😭😭
Day 9 nope😭

Day12 Y'all my consistency is so bad 😭 but somehow my morning weight before I eat anything has gone down by 5lbs. I'm still super bloated after eating anything and look pregnant but no when it's been a couple hours without eating my stomachs has flattened a bit. I stopped doing my daily 20/30 minute walks but I'm going to try and pick those back up
Day13-21 SICK IN BED WITH THE FLU 😭😭😭😭😭😭IM LIKE FAILING THIS CHALLENGE BUT I LOST SOME WEIGHT FROM LOSS OF APPETITE AND FEVER 💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻




ending the challenge. I definitely failed yet I do see a bit more of toning in my stomach area so definitely with consistency this would be a fire exercise. good luck to everyone reading
