I'm 68. Second bout of breast cancer during lock-down, more surgery, radiation. I'm coming back to Pilates. There's so much I can't do yet. But after two classes I finally feel okay again. Thank you, Nicole.

Unfortunately I'll sound repetitive and say everything it's on the comments previous to mine: I discovered your routines during our quarantine in Madrid, and they're unlike most of other trainers: awesome content AND technical quality, there's no need to be looking at the screen as your guidance is smooth and assertive. The pace is perfect, the complementarity of the exercises...super full class, to be complemented by some stretching depending on one's schedule! Thanks A LOT for bringing your classes all around the globe into our houses :)

i’m extremely unmotivated today, but i tried my best and did the practice although i couldn’t complete all of it i’m still proud of myself for trying, and for everyone who did this too, i hope i can be more motivated tomorrow to complete the practice, thank you again so much for this pilates workout!! <3

This is the first longer online pilates class that doesn't make me want to check how much time has passed since the beginning - because it is so enjoyable! I started with the 20 minutes morning pilates 2 months ago and this 40-minute class is the perfect next step. I feel exerted and sweaty and thoroughly satisfied with my effort, and even if I can't yet do all the level 2-4 challenges, I intend to keep going until I can. Thanks so much, Nicole, your workouts are wonderful.
