It is hilarious when the exercise gets difficult and begins to burn that I glance at the screen in agony and see Nicole glancing back smirking

After decades of aerobic practice, I'll just say it's very rare to come across an instructor who is imaginative enough to avoid repetition in the selection and ordering of moves/exercises. Nicole is one of them! And more, Nicole, you've got it all - from your soothing voice to an excellent workout pace. Very impressive!

I definitely could not do the teaser roll-up the first time I did this video last year, but, after some months of consistent work, I can now do even the most challenging version! She is right - do what you can and keep at it, you will be amazed how much stronger you will get with practice! Love this video! I would love to see more longer-length, no-equipment, intermediate workouts like this!

After the loss of my father I threw myself into heavy cardio for about a year - I lost my period in the process. I swapped it for your videos because they are both challenging for somebody working out for many years, yet relaxing at the same time. I have my period back just weeks after AND I feel amazing all day after your classes. Thank you so much!!

I've been doing workouts at home for years, no jokes here, my glutes after 2 months are firmer 😂. My legs too. And never ever had a back or neck pain. My doctor suggested that I should be doing pilates for my back hernia. You have no idea what kind of changes I've seen on my body. My muscles are tightened. Nicole I just want to thank you for your work..

I'm glad no one was around to see me do the seal pose....I definitely tried but its safe to say that was the least graceful thing i've ever done. I'm interested to see how I progress!!

So happy that I found your channel! I’ve tried 2 days in a roll your workout, my core muscles are definitely activated and stretched. Even though your workout is 40min, it doesn’t feel long and painful at all, really so well arranged and balanced! Thank you so much ❤️
