Your workouts really make me want to gain more control of my movements, your form it's so beautiful it makes me want to be precise and poised as well. I think it's great that you put emphasis on being calm and focused, not everyone is suited for fast paced routines🥰

One of the most helpful things is the way you always explain the rhythm of the breath pairing it with our movement and reminding us of the most healthy form so we don’t strain anything. Deeply appreciate your wisdom and creativity! Another great one ❤️

Your video was recommended to me and I thought: okay just another Pilates, but NO!! You inspire me enormously - from the first moment I saw you, Nicole, I knew you are either a ballet dancer, gymnast, something like that - your posture is outstanding, every move is so graceful, your body says "this is where sport got me, do you want to try?". So much inspiration from you, my new favorite Pilates instructor!

I am a 43 years old mother of four. I have a very strong backpain and still fighting my diastasis recti from last pregnancy I have started to do your exercises every single day ..sometimes twice a day (gentle pilates in the morning and something stronger in the evening 😊) and I love the changes I am seeing. I can function now almost without any backpain. My abs look significantly better. I love that you remind us about the breathing and all your routines are easy to follow (not necessarily easy to do). I have never been so consistent with my exercise. I have tried different channels different trainers but I simply love you the most. I love how demanding but safe for back and knees your exercises are. thank u thank u thank u ❤

Did this one yesterday, my side abs are still on fire!! What I love about your videos is that even when I can’t see the screen your detailed explanations of the movements make it really really easy to follow, even between each pose or movement you take time to explain how to change position. That’s brilliant! And I love that your voice is so calm and nice. Even an intense session is really relaxing to me and energizing as well. I never wrote as much comments on a same YouTube channel, I am really addicted!! Thank you Nicole ✨

I love working out with you! I love how my body feels and looks when I am consistently doing Pilates, barre and yoga, so your classes are perfect for me. This one is the most intensive in your group of exercises (in my opinion). I need more of these ! Your no rush style makes me very focused on my breath and movement. It feels like a live group class. Many thanks; love you Nicole
