Oh my gosh. The swan dive is on different level. Tried to do it just for the feel of it.. Nicole looked so elegant meanwhile I literally look like a fish struggling out of water. 😂 Another added to the list of poses that I am aiming to perform as elegant as I could.. Thank you Nicole! ❤

This was my very first intermediate class and omg I couldn’t even lift my hand off the mat when doing the swan dive prep, I cannot wait to feel strong enough to even lift my hand off the mat even just a little. Thank you so much for this class!

It's the 4th time I do this workout. I do remember my very first swan dive. After watching a demonstration, I thought :" OH, no. I break my spine that way." However, now I can perform, when not 100%-swan dive, but at least 45-50%( let's say duck dive). I hope, a little bit more and I'll do it .❤ Thank you, Nicole. I feel myself stronger

Dear Nicole I’m watching and doing your videos from Germany. I (51) have done them before. Right now they help me so much staying active and fit while recovering from a knee injury. I am doing this workout for 4 days already and I feel stronger! Not to mention how much this has changed my mental status, I am so much more relaxed and kinder throughout the day. I enjoy doing these workouts and I think I’m even seeing some improvement in my strength! I am so glad I found this channel!!💗💗
