Join me in this 20 min beginner full body beginner flexibility routine. We will be stretching our entire body from head to toe. This flexibility routine will help to relieve stress/stiffness in muscles and joints. It will also well as aid in muscle recovery, help you perform day to day functions better as well as help you sleep better at night. The stretch positions are very easy and also very effective for all levels.

It should be a crime for me not to be up to date with your videos man. This is def your best one yet. A lot of movements I didn’t know and my hips feel really good. That hip stretch where at 7:00-8:00 man I gotta keep doing that as well as the deep squat. Thanks bro you are a god

Love the video man! I also noticed that in one of your more recent videos you said you were trying out Capoeira. Do you think you could do a follow along for the basics of it at some point?
