I like this workout because it... is 20minutes, the pacing feels right, breaks are long enough to actually catch your breath, instructor is not overly happy for some reason, no lies being told, no up and down and up and down constantly. This is a wonderful addition to my workout video collection. 5/5

You know how in the olden days in places like Britain, people's last names used to be their profession? Potters were pottery makers, Smiths were blacksmiths, etc? Well it's funny that Maddie's last name is Lymburner because my LIMBS are BURNING.

I wanted to share my expierence with this workout. As a person who is completely out of shape, I found this workout to be very suitable for me - the lenth, the breaks and overall - all of the steps were far from impossible . I didn't manage to do the planks and couldn't hold some of the poses for the whole 30 seconds, but I completely accept that since it was the first time I did this workout. I am willing to do this everyday and hopefully see the results and be able to do the full one :)

I’m a beginner, every time i’ve attempted working out I realized I’ve jumped into work outs that are to much for me to handle and make me feel like I can’t do it, I’m active but out have a few extra pounds. This workout was literally perfect, I felt the burn towards the end but I was able to get through all of it! I’ve never felt so confident while working out!! This is day 2. I’m going to do this till I’m comfortable for more advance workouts! Thank you! ❤️
