For those not feeling them-sporty-selves today. I couldn't complete it just like I wanted to. I had to stop a few times, I drank water at minute 7 and transformed most of the squats exercises, Im right now stopped on minute 19:30 writing this laying on the floor, but here we are. Don't give up!

Omg I did it!! I had to take breaks in between but I am still very proud of myself for completing the workout . Also I am so sweaty at this point that I cant even tell you It was also a great motivation to see her working out with us 😊

Great Workout to get me back into fitness after a year off with achilles tendon and rotary cuff tear (non exercise related). Like the low impact but still good exercise routine 😊

Nice routine! I’m very grateful for this no jumping routine today… I’ll do all of the “head upright” parts and what I’m able to do on the other parts, having had multiple retinal bleeds in the nights lately. Thanks for this workout Anna! ❤❤❤
